At Annabelle's Wigs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new look, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please ensure hairpieces remain in their protective netting to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to submit a request and receive your unique Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the wig back in its original packaging, ensuring the hygiene seal is intact and all accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop your package off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our beauty specialists inspect the item for hygiene compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
