How do I choose the right wig cap size?
Most of our wigs feature an adjustable cap that fits a standard head circumference of 21 to 23 inches. You can use the internal straps to tighten or loosen the fit for maximum comfort.
Can I use heat styling tools on my Annabelles Wigs?
Our human hair wigs can be styled with heat just like your own hair. For synthetic wigs, please check the product description; only those labeled 'Heat Resistant' can be styled with tools up to 150°C (300°F).
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the UK. International orders can take between 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy for hair products?
For hygiene reasons, wigs can only be returned if they are unworn, in their original packaging with tags attached, and the hygiene seal remains unbroken. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.
How should I wash and maintain my wig?
We recommend washing your wig every 10-15 wears using sulfate-free shampoo and lukewarm water. Always air dry on a wig stand to maintain the shape and fiber integrity.
Do you offer discreet packaging?
Yes, we value your privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded external mailing bags or boxes that do not mention 'wigs' or hair enhancements on the outside.
